She was predeceased by: her husband Charles E. Phillipson; and her parents, Irvin Linsanbigler and Julia Linsanbigler (Kadnar). She is survived by: her children, Kathy Highley, Eileen Phillipson and David Phillipson; her granddaughter Alanna Highley; and her great grandchild Tyler Hare.
