He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Bailey and Helen Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca M. "Becky" Bailey; his children, Rashad Housseal of Fleetwood and Richard W. Rothermel (Melissa) of Orwigsburg; his nephew Joel Luckenbaugh; and his sisters, Virginia Snyder and Anna Rothermel.
