She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Ehring and Mable Ehring (Yeager); her husband George W. C. Kramer; and her sister Helen Weitzel. She is survived by: her daughters, Loretta I. (Donald Steffy), Ethel P. (Robert Czarnecki), Kim G. Kramer and Christine E. (Troy Polly). She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
