He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood G. Oxenreider and Clara Oxenreider (Kline); his wife Margaret Oxenreider (Marbarger); his sons, James B. Oxenreider and Michael D. Oxenreider; his siblings, George D. Oxenreider, PeggyAnn Reiniger and Barrett B. Oxenreider; and his pets, Double and Trouble.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey J. Oxenreider (Linda), Karen Lessie (Tim), Elaine Palm (Walter), LouAnn "Boop" Oxenreider and Marcia Krott; his grandchildren, Jason, Lindsay, Alicia, Nicholas and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Braden, Carter, Maia, Mikayla, Mia and Giovanni; his brother Lynn F. "Skip" Oxenreider (Josephine); and his close friend Barbara Rowlands.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Elwood's name may be made to the Animal Rescue League of Berks County, 58 Kennel Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508.
