He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Mason Sr. and Priscilla Waters; and his brother Gary Mason. He is survived by: his son Edward Ames; his siblings, Starr Mason and Bishop Leonard Mason; and his friend Southbridge. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins.
