He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Prutzman and Edna Prutzman (Bachman); his wife Joanne M. Prutzman; and his siblings, Ernest Prutzman and Dorothy Crimmins.

He is survived by: his children, Keith W. Prutzman (Kim Bagenstose) of Hamburg, Kevin C. Prutzman (Joyce) of Ephrata, Charlene M. Schaefer (Michael), Pamela S. Klee (Wilson Jr.) of Temple and Patrice L. Damaio (David) of Temple; and his sister Barbara Weiss of Reifton. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 10 great - great grandchildren.
