She was predeceased by: her mother Irene Lefkowecz; her husband John "Pikes" Jablonski; and her close friend Scott Addis. She is survived by: her siblings, Vincent Cronan of Laureldale, Robert Plank of Shillington and Margaret Pearsall (George) of Charlottesville, VA.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, along with Scott's children, his grandchildren and their many family pets.
