She is survived by: her children, Hebrew, Bar and Bat Mitzvah; the father of her children Marc Kovalchik; her children, Jacob and Alexandra Kovalchik of Phoenix, Arizona; and her siblings, Christopher Miller of Lehman, PA, Jeff Miller of Walden, NY and Robin Musanya of Solana Beach, California..
