He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida West and Edward West; his close friends, Norman and Carol; and his wife Joanne Rush.
He is survived by: his children, Steve (Diane), Amy (John) and Scott (Bonnie); and his grandchildren, Sharon (Jonathan), Amanda (Donny), Eddie (Shannon), Sandi (Dan), Brady, Tim, Matt, Brittany and Cody. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
