He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jacob Casper Sr. and Naomi B. Casper (Wilent); his sons, Ryan B. Casper and Ronald B. Casper Jr.; and his siblings, Charles "Butch" J. Casper Jr., Richard A. Casper and Cheryl B. Casper-Gallant.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Casper (Bottke); his pet Ronald; his children, Kathi J. Casper-Rapp (Kenneth "Kenny") of Trappe, PA and Kenneth C. Casper of Telford, PA; and his grandchildren, Alexis Stover, Alanna Stover and Jasmine Casper.
