He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Ramsey, Sr. and Dorothy Ramsey (Knaub); his son Eugene Bishop Ramsey; and his brother Robert Eugene Ramsey. He is survived by: his significant other Margaret Sanderson; and his sister Dorothy Opperman (Richard) of Collegeville.
