He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Stark and Dorothy Stark. He is survived by: his wife Sandra G. Stark; his children, Karen Stark-Bennett (Charles) and Robert Stark; and his grandchildren, Justin Bennett and Quinn Stark.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery (830 Highland Rd, Newtown, PA 18940).
