She is survived by: her husband Bruce Kenworthy; her children, Margaret Pugh (Jeff) and David Kenworthy (Christine); her siblings, Robert Smallcomb of Elmira, NY, Michael Smallcomb of Horseheads, NY, Kathy Krupp of Elmira, NY and Celestine Pardy of Lexington, KY.; and her grandchildren, Ben Kalinsky (Jessie Lemly), Colin Pugh and Jocelyn Kenworthy.
