She was predeceased by: her husbands, Wallace DeWitt MacKinstry and William George Rogers; her parents, Benjamin Zwald and Lenore Zwald (King); her son Kier Sean MacKinstry; and her siblings, David Zwald and Louise Konczal.
She is survived by: her children, Judith L. Blackledge of Lansdale, Steven K. Haug (Peggy) of San Diego, Raine L. Fussner (Jeff) of Kempton and Erren G. MacKinstry of Telford. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and many nieces and nephews.
