Kramer (Jeff Hart) of Perkasie, PA; his nieces and nephews, Steven Butler of Harleysville, PA, Brent Butler of Harleysville, PA, Leeann Kramer of Perkasie, PA, Nathan Kramer of Perkasie, PA, David Moyer of Philadelphia, PA, Jennifer Marano (Tony) and Brandy MacInnes of Perkasie; and his great-niece Olivia Marano.
