He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Lare and Louise Lare (Fox); and his siblings, Bernard Lare, Frances Palumbo, John Lare, Joan Larkin and William Lare.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Lare (Traficante); his sons, James Geoffrey Lare (Alena) and Gregory Brian Lare (Maureen); his grandchildren, Olivia Grace, Benjamin Gustav, Caroline Rose, Lannen Theresa, Sean Patrick and Margaret Rose; and his siblings, Bernadette Black and Charles Lare. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
