She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer "Pete" Hespell; her parents, Maurice Zeigler and Kathryn Zeigler (Howe); her siblings, Grace Freed (Zeigler), Paul Zeigler, Ken Zeigler and Joan Roberts (Zeigler); and her daughter-in-law Sonia Hespell (Ward).
She is survived by: her children, Donald (Dianne), Douglas (Lorraine), David (Patti), Doreen Slotter (Dave) and Duane (Becky); and her sister Lorraine Gery. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
