He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Majka (Hopwood). He is survived by: his children, Martin A. Majka (Jill) of Sellersville, Dustin A. Majka (Sun) of Ambler and Heather Mackey (late Gerald) of Telford; and his brothers, Jeff Majka and Timothy Majka. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
