It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Scherer of Taylor, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 25, 2020, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father William P. Scherer; and his sister Deborah Gula. He is survived by: his mother Sara Pallien Scherer; his siblings, John (Kerri) of Shavertown and Jacqueline Boylan (Thomas) of Pittston; his aunt Candi; and his close friends, Kori, Jake Leoszewski and Billy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
