He is survived by: his wife Gloria J. Davis Dougher; and his children, Raymond Dougher (Moosic), Jerry Dougher (Scranton), Linda Balendy of Throop, Ronald Dougher (Old Forge) and Dorothy Schield (Taylor). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, thirty-eight great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren; Nieces and Nephews.
