He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lackey and Cecilia Lackey; and his sister Cecilia Reilly. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, John (Lynn) and Michelle (Michael); and his brother Charles (Kateryna). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
