It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn Merrigan of Taylor, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 21, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, MaryLou Krauss, James and Albert Keller. She is survived by: her husband Richard Merrigan; her children, Lori DePalma (Guy) and Richard Merrigan, Jr. (Debbie); her grandchildren, Tyler, Taylor Merrigan, Olivia, Cayleigh and Seth DePalma; her great grandchild Averie Welsch; and her siblings, Suzanne Pierson (Harry) and Charles Keller (Ella). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
