He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Neff Sr. and Violet Wellington Neff; his stepmother Dorothy Neff; and his brothers, Frankie Martin and Ronald E. Neff Sr..

He is survived by: his wife Helenann; and his siblings, Mike Neff Jr. of Brookville, Johnny Neff of Deleware and Debbie Neff of North Carolina. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
