He is survived by: his wife Linda Gillespie Petrunich; his daughters, Tara Amaral of Old Forge and Jaime Coleman (Chris) of Scranton; his grandchildren, Matt and Lauren Amaral; his siblings, Michael Petrunich (Rose) of Tyrone, GA, Raymond Petrunich (Carol) of Scranton, Carol Junta and Betsy Duggan; and his pet Jeter.
