She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Liberasky and Agnes Roebuck Liberasky. She is survived by: her husband Thomas F.; her children, Margaret Murphy (Paul), John Heffernan (Ellen), Carol Krenitsky (Nicholas), Loretta Heffernan, Thomas Heffernan (Peggy), Brian Heffernan (Mechel) and Elaine Heffernan; her adoptive daughter Tammy Cornell; her grandson Thomas Heffernan; and her significant other Edward Kisel. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, six great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
