He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bolton and Pearl Bolton (Brant); and his siblings, Gwendolyn Ritchey and Thomas Bolton. He is survived by: his wife Barb; his children, Jarrett Bolton, Elizabeth Penna (James) and David Bolton (Heather); his grandchildren, Anthony Penna (Samantha), Samuel Penna, Joseph Penna, Sydney Bolton and Logan Bolton; and his brothers, James, Gerald (Janice), Robert (Julia) and Ronald (Glenda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Windber Hospice in Dave's memory.
