He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert, William H. III and Peg Leroux. He is survived by: his children, Charles R., Robert John and Alice Burger of Whitting, NJ; and his sister-in-law Faye. He is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
