She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Albus and Margaret Albus (Schultz); her son Gabriel Straub; and her siblings, John H., Paul E. Albus, Susan Albus, Joanne Albus Stafford and Margaret Mary Pilz.

She is survived by: her husband Charles R. "Chic" Straub; and her sons, Charles Straub (Lisa) of Stockertown and Michael Straub (Kim) of Tampa, FL.
