He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kozar and Dolores Tate Kozar; and his brother William P. Kozar. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert H Kozar (Cindy) of RuffsDale, David J. Kozar of Tarrs and Tracey Kuchar-Long (Michael) of Ruffsdale; and his close friend Chuck Lint of RuffsDale.
