She is survived by: her parent Julia Rincus Andrews; her significant other Russell Eugene Jones; her daughter Theresa "Terry" Puchalski (Tim Novak) of Newell; and her siblings, Jeanne Seymore of Mechanicsburg and Joseph Andrews, Jr. (Jane) of Hanover. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
