She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville C. Hay and Verna E. Hay (Jeffries); her husband Ray E. Guthrie; and her son Alvin Guthrie. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Ban of Allegheny Township and Susan Overly (Randy) of Everson, PA; her granddaughters, Heather Overly of Everson, Lacy of Pittsburgh and Jessica Ban of Pittsburgh; and her great grandchild Dupree.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made in Betty's memory to the Pleasant View Brethern Church, 1156 Pleasantview Dr, Vandergrift, PA, 15690 or to the New Stanton Church, 612 S Center Ave, New Stanton, PA, 15672.
