Breyak (Parkhill); his sons, Mark Breyak, Daniel Breyak (Mary) of Minnesota and Steven Breyak (Haruka) of Osaka, Japan; his stepdaughters, Deanne Burkett of New Kensington and Tracy Petri (Joel) of Raleigh, NC; and his brother Edward Breyak (Dorothy) of Allison Park. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
