He is survived by: his children, Geraldine R. Sopcak (David) of Tarentum, Cynthia M. Weleski (Timothy) of Buffalo Township and Timothy J. Noel (Jodie) of Buffalo Township; and his siblings, Patricia Moore of New Kensington and Dennis Noel of Natrona Heights. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grand children.
