He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Mosley and Pearl Mosley of Tarentum, Pennsylvania.; his wife Margaret Burke Mosley; and his siblings, Richard Mosley, Jr. and Donna McGraw.

He is survived by: his children, Tim Mosley of Dearing and Tina Arnold (Devin) of LaGrange; and his grandchildren, Kristen Thompson (Heath), Amber Arnold, Justin Arnold, David Mosley (Shannon), Dalton Mosley, Miranda Willis (Rick), McKinley Mosley and Thomas Mosley. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and family friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

“Tom was a cousin of mine. While in the Marines he came home on leave and rode me around in his 54 Buick convertible. Upon leaving he gave me a Marine Corp. raider knife and a dress uniform white belt complete with the anchor and globe. I was just a youngster of 12. Tom would come by for my mom's spaghetti and meatballs. We grew up just a short walking distance of each other. How sad our lives parted as we grew older. I continue now to miss Tommy, he was very special. Bert Smith, Stanford, KY”
