She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Zahorchak and Mary Zahorchak; her husband Gerald T. Costanzo; and her son Keith Costanzo. She is survived by: her son Gregory T. Costanzo of Natrona Heights; and her sister Margie Blank of Raleigh, NC.. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
