She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Mack and Minnie Mae Mack (Smith); her husband Richard L. "Dick" Sims; her siblings, George, Robert Mack and Virginia Daley; and her half-brother Charles Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Zobisch (Paul), Ronald Sims (Annie) of Richmond, KY, Vickie Sims and Linda Sims (Kathy Ballou); her grandchildren, Renee Wellinghurst (Billy), Heath Thimons (Jessica), Brandy Hampton (Marshall), Josh Sims (Jennifer) and Steven Thimons (Brittany); and her great grandchildren, Will, Owen, Whitney Wellinghurst, Reece, Hailey, Payton Thimons, Marshall, Brayden, Brooklyn Hampton, Maddie, Brody Sims, Olivia, Camden and Wrigley Thimons.
