He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hartman and Helen Hartman (Neuman); his wife Dolores J. Hartman (Beck); his siblings, Howard, Bobby, Jimmy Hartman, Helen, Margaret Bash, Doris Jean Spiering and Loris Ann Adams; and his grandson David Hartman.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas E. Hartman (Judy) of Greensburg, Patricia A. Henninger (Dennis P.) of Indianapolis, IN and James A. Hartman of Butler; and his grandchildren, Patrick (Amy), Denise (Jonathan), Eric (Danielle), Melissa, Vickie, Jim Jr. and Sabrina. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
