She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Kubla and Sue Kubla (Dumont); and her sister Marlene Rotter. She is survived by: her close friend Larry "Bud" Baker; her daughters, Lee Ann Carley (Brian), Buffalo Twp and Kerry L. Williams of Tarentum; her grandchildren, Aaron, Isaac, Carley and Jessica Williams; her great grandchildren, Jayce and Julian Williams; and her brother David Kubla of North Versailles.
