She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Jentgens and Alma Jentgens (Gordon); her husband Stephen J. "Chep" Kuniak; her sons, Dr. Stephen A. Kuniak of Lower Burrell and Dr. Michael P. Kuniak of Freedom, PA; her sisters, Dorothy Hewitt, Elizabeth Jentgens and Alma "Honey" Guido; and also William Jentgens.
She is survived by: her sons, David A. Kuniak and Daniel S. Kuniak of Frazer; her grandchildren, Stephen F. Kuniak (Abra) of Greensburg, Elizabeth R. Maxa (Sean) of McCandless, Stephanie Kuniak and Kelly Kuniak of Pittsburgh Oakland; and her pet Sadie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to St. Jude's Hospital.
