She was predeceased by: her parents, David McPherson and June McPherson (Yute Elkin). She is survived by: her siblings, David Elkin (Louise), Jean Fetterman (Larry), Matthew McPherson (Deb Linn), Amy Sweazy (Richard), Wendy Stover (Don) and Jenny McPherson (Anthony); her husband Craig Peterson; her in-law Ron Peterson (Phyllis); her children, Becky Willis and Jack Peterson; and her grandchildren, Arianna, Evan, Ava, Isla and Emmett. She is also survived by relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Three Rivers Hospice or New Life Center Teens & Kids Ministries (Ford City).
