He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry A. Haugh and Mildred S. Haugh (Roofner); his sisters, Judith Haugh and Joan Wells; his siblings-in-law, Charlene Haugh, Robert Wells, Walter Swiergol and Edward Sedlacek; and his nieces and nephews, Judith Gibb, Julia Bond, Brian, Thomas and Gregory Haugh.
He is survived by: his wife Diane S. Haugh (Walters); his daughter Kelly L. Haugh; and his siblings, Donald Haugh, Jack Haugh (Joyce Rea), Vera Swiergol, Glenda Gibb (Joseph) of Natrona Heights, Mary Kay Sedlacek of Lower Burrell, James Haugh (Darlene) of Natrona Heights, Keith Haugh (Rosemary) of Natrona Heights and Roy Haugh (Carol) of Natrona Heights. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
