He was predeceased by: his father Joseph J. Pavlik,; his siblings, Dolores "Dolly" Belinotti and Ronald Pavlik; and his brother-in-law Albert "Clum" Belinotti. He is survived by: his wife Jean K. Pavlik (Elliott); his daughters, Jody Pavlik (Bob Beers) of Tarentum and Susan Pesci (Rob) of Natrona Heights; and his grandchildren, Dan Raszkowski, Katie Ehrlich (Nathan) and David Pesci.

Family suggests contributions to St. Vincent DePaul Society.
