He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. McCartney and Elizabeth McCartney (Hamilton). He is survived by: his close friend Deanna Fleming of Tarentum; his children, Kelly J. Fleming of Natrona Heights, John M. McCartney of Nazareth and Joseph J. McCartney of Brackenridge; his grandchildren, Riley E. and Declan J.; and his sisters, Margaret M. Shetler (Robert) of Rural Valley and Elizabeth E. Bianco (Albert) of Brackenridge.
