He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Kokenda; and his stepsons, Jeff Duke and Ron Duke. He is survived by: his wife Joanne L. Duke Kokenda (Cruikshank); his children, John M. Kokenda, III (Kristen), Kelli DiGnazio (Frank) and Judy Dickson (Frank); and his stepdaughters, Cindy Reo (Jim), Allegheny Twp and Lori Cochran (Dan). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
