He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry F. Panko and Susan Yacik Panko. He is survived by: his partner Shirley Holt; his daughter Dr. Laura Panko (Michael Fronczek); his granddaughter Paige Fronczek of Mt. Lebanon, PA; and his daughter Katie Panko (Matthew McBurney) of Magnolia, TX.
