She is survived by: her mother Peggy L. Howard (Drummond) of Tarentum; her daughter Cari L. Shaffer (Graham); her son-in-law Gregory E. Shaffer of Springdale; her brother Melvin H. Howard Jr. (Joni) of Oklahoma; and her granddaughter Alexis Morgan Shaffer.
