He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Zietz; his children, Jason (Jennifer), Robin (Randy), Douglas (Erin) and Mathew (Susan); his siblings, Jim Zietz (Michelle) and Tammy Cox (John); his siblings-in-law, Mark Hughes and Joyce Hughes; his stepson Jason Rich (Stacie); his grandchildren, Maiden (Jeremiah), Jacob, Isaac, Savannah, Sydney Zietz, Dean, Alayna, Eli Callen, Addi, Elli, Ronan Zietz, Casey, Connor, Reid and Libby Harris; his stepgrandchildren, Candace, Dawn and Mike; and his great grandchildren, Derrick, Ronan and Camryn.
