She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank McGuire and Ivy McGuire (Cline); her husband Clement E. Motosicky, Sr.; her former husband Victor K. Babinsack, Sr.; her grandchildren, Douglas N. Babinsack, Michael Shane Crocker and Jennifer Motosicky; her great grandchildren, Jonathan Alcorn and Douglas Babinsack; her siblings, Norman, Kenneth, Clifford, Leonard, Charles, Leona, Phillis McGuire, Dorothy Babinsack and Ruby Younkins; and her son-in-law Michael Crocker.
She is survived by: her children, Victor K. Babinsack Jr. (Kathleen) of New Kensington, Sharlene Alcorn (Gary) of Lower Burrell, Genevieve "Jane" Crocker of Franklin, PA and Clement "Ed" Motosicky (Mary Ellen) of Upper Burrell; and her siblings-in-law, Rose Betts, Rhoda McGuire, Hugh Younkins and Earl Wiskeman. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren.
