He is survived by: his children, Susan H. Lombardi (Richard E.) of Oxford, PA and Mark E. Smith (Pamela A. Sinclair) of Tarentum; his grandchildren, Maria Lombardi Gabriella Lombardi (Benjamin Ness), Joshua Smith (Christina Morrow) and Megan Smith Syput (Shawn McQuade); his great grandchild Landon Syput; his nieces, Billie Miller and Jerry Williams (John); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Paula Kolek, Becky Maholic, John and David Williams.
