She was predeceased by: her parents, La Verne "L. G." and Nellie Ripper (Croft); her former husband Robert C. Trees; her husband Claude E. "Casey" Nolf; her stepdaughter Donna Jean Scherf; and her siblings, Mary Carney and Ronald Ripper.
She is survived by: her children, Terry N. Trees (JoAnne) and Diane Kohlhepp (Jerry); and her stepson-in-law Earnest Scherf of Michigan. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, 4 step great grandchildren and 2 step great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Doris' memory be made to First United Methodist Church of New Kensington, 130 Ridge Ave, New Kensington, PA 15068.
